New casino software platform combines no-code customisation, automated provisioning, AI and player data to help iGaming operators launch and adapt faster without waiting on development teams.
Scalara Labs has launched a new casino software platform designed to give iGaming operators greater control over how they build, run and develop their brands.
A longstanding issue among online casino operators has been long setup periods, the need for technical know-how, and reliance on development teams for even the most basic work, such as updating copy for new markets and adjusting player layouts.
The new Scalara Labs platform addresses these issues with no-code configuration, automated deployment, AI-supported operations and player data in a single environment, creating the infrastructure that puts decisions back in the operator's hands.

The clearest feature of bringing control back to the operator is the level of customisation the casino platform offers. Operators can manage branding, layouts, media and content through a drag-and-drop interface, with changes previewed and published by their own team.
For operators competing in fast-moving markets, the commercial value is clear, as missing seasonal promotions, launching campaigns late and using outdated messaging can directly affect performance.
The casino software also uses automated provisioning to configure new casino environments quickly, reducing the setup time associated with traditional deployments. Steps such as application, verification, setup and deployment can run as one automated sequence rather than a project assembled by hand.

AI-native casino platform supports the wider operation
Scalara describes the platform as AI-native, meaning artificial intelligence is intended to support a range of operational functions rather than sit alongside them as a single add-on, as is often the case with legacy platforms.
AI-powered support, for example, can handle common player queries about deposits, bonus terms and verification status, then escalate them to the operator's team when a human decision is required. This can reduce repetitive workload for casino teams, helping operators grow their player base and manage higher volumes without the same increase in manual work.
Scalara also plans to extend its AI development into personalisation, player engagement and operational decision-making, helping shape a player's journey around individual behaviour rather than broad segments.
To support this, Scalara uses a multi-tenant architecture in which each operator runs inside its own segmented environment. Player accounts, operational settings and brand data are held separately, so an issue in one environment does not affect another. Every brand runs its own login and account system, with player credentials walled off between brands even inside a single operator group.
For groups running several brands, this provides shared infrastructure without forcing every brand into an identical operational model.
Turning player data into player intelligence
Player intelligence forms a significant part of the platform's ecosystem. Scalara is building capabilities to help operators interpret information generated across the player journey, including understanding player value, spotting changes in behaviour, assessing the likely return on a bonus offer and recognising signals that can get lost between separate systems.
From a commercial perspective, this can give operators more confidence in deciding where to spend their engagement budget and which players may be suitable for particular offers.
Scalara is also applying the same data to the other side of casino operations. The company is developing what it calls a Harm-First Orchestration model, in which safer-gambling indicators are assessed before fraud, compliance and commercial actions.
The principle is that a commercial action should not take precedence where the data suggests a player may need protection or intervention. A bonus offer that looks well targeted on commercial value may look very different once player-protection signals are considered first.
This ordering is becoming increasingly important as wider pressure on the sector pushes for a safer environment for players. The same behavioural data that can improve player retention can also identify risks, helping operators act on both sides. Rather than leaving the process solely to policy documents and manual reviews, Scalara is building this sequence into the platform.
Casino gamification beyond the game catalogue
Engagement and gamification are important to player retention and activity. Rather than treating an online casino as a catalogue of games with an attached bonus scheme, Scalara wants operators to build engagement tools around player behaviour.
Because many operators offer similar content from the same providers, building a distinctive experience around that content can offer a genuine point of differentiation.
